Frequently Asked Questions

Every project is different based on the individual business or organization’s needs. That said, our base rate is $3,000 for new websites and complete website facelifts. If you already have a website, but you just want to add a new feature or fix something, you can check out our Custom Solutions service.

A simple website that has 1-5 pages typically takes 4-6 weeks to finish. Note: We can’t start designing or building your website until all content has been collected.

Ideally, you would provide us with all the copy, images, and illustrations for your website. If that sounds overwhelming, don’t worry; we can ask you specific questions to understand your business and how best to translate it to your website. We can also help collect some free images and illustrations to use on your site.

We offer website care plans if you’d like us to be your webmaster and maintain your site. Check out our Website Care Plans page for more information. If you opt out of the care plan, then you are responsible for maintaining your site.

We will email you an invoice from ZSRweb when we complete your website. You can pay online via credit card or bank account, send payment by post, or deliver payment in person.
